Stephen S. Schultz, CPA
Graduate of Bentley College (BSA); Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts, Georgia and Arizona. Steve held executive positions including CFO and COO in several mid-sized companies from 1969-2002 which were involved in high technology, manufacturing, distribution, software development and implementation of custom developed information technology systems.
Steve had been engaged by an internationally known medical institution to assist in the successful implementation of a widely used online specialty consultation application. Steve's consulting projects have included: Interim CFO for a manufacturing company concluding with the successful sale to an industry leader; investigation of fraud and the conclusion of a gambling venture; investigation and working closely with law enforcement in the misappropriation of funds from a non-profit; performed financial analysis and operational projections for a manufacturer in Chapter XI; negotiated settlements with numerous creditors in an out-of-court proceeding; successfully refinanced a very complex conglomerate; represented and was successful in selling the customer list and liquidating the hard assets of a manufacturer fulfilling all secured party obligations; and successfully liquidated a wholesale operation fully satisfying the secured parties.
Steve is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

David A. Dalton, MBA
Graduate of Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College (MBA) and Bentley College (BSA). David held executive positions including Controller, VP of Finance and CFO in several small and mid-sized companies from 1988-2008 which were involved in distribution, commercial and residential security, advertising and publishing service companies. David has been involved in all aspects of corporate management including system design, conversion and implementation of various technology systems.
David has also provided strategic advice and performed due diligence work for both sides of various mergers and acquisitions, seeing them through to the deal's closing. He had served as a part-time and interim controller and CFO, and has assisted in business start-ups, expansions, and contractions over the past 22 years. He has managed banking relationships (i.e., loan and line of credit negotiations) and external accounting relationships (i.e., year-end audit/review, financial statements, and tax return filings). No job or task is too big or small; David loves the opportunity to roll up his sleeves and dive into a new challenge or problem that faces a client to achieve a successful outcome.
David was a key member of the executive team that was the recipient of the 2004 Fortune Small Business "Best Bosses" Award.

Lawrence H. Boise, MS
Graduate of Boston College (BS in Chemistry and MS in Organic Chemistry). Larry has an extensive background in industrial operations and regulatory compliance. He has held executive positions including Interim President, General Manager, Vice President of Operations and Technical Director. Originally appointed to the Massachusetts Toxic Use Reduction Institute's Science Advisory Board by Acting Governor Argeo Paul Cellucci and again by Governor Deval Patrick, he functions as the board's Vice Chairman. Larry has also participated on international standards committees.
Larry was selected by a regional bank holding a secured interest in an overextended company to replace the then current president on an interim basis. Larry was a driving force in accomplishing a significant turnaround which resulted in the sale to a strategic buyer at far above market value making the bank whole and providing a significant return to the shareholders. Larry has experience with a variety of chemical, electronics, paper and beverage manufacturing facilities.
Larry is a member of the ASTM International and several of their subcommittees. He is past president of the Eastern New England Section of the Society of Plastics engineers.
